SPRING 2009

This year is coming to an exciting close (well at least for me it is.)

I just recently found out that I was in fact accepted to the IMC major (based on my grades this semester...boooooooo!!) AND i was accepted to DSU, Winthrop's own programming board. 3 words...cultural events complete!!

With the semester coming to a fast ending, i think it's pretty safe to say this has been a crazy year!! Now comes the hard parts (like it wasnt hard enough), signing my first lease!!! HOW EXCITING??? Not so much....

At first I thought the idea of having my own place would be fun...boy how wrong was I??!?!

*I am now OBLIGATED to keep a job...remember back when i was younger...(not too long ago) when if I didnt like a job, or a manager, or my pay rate, i could just quit, and let another job come to me...NOT ANYMORE..

*BILLS...such as rent...groceries...utilities...ETC...

when will it ever end??!?!?!

Ohhhhh how fun next year shall be....

I can't deal...

I must admit...I'm over this semester...I'm over stressing, I'm over spending hours upon hours in DACUS!! I spend more time in the library than I do in my room! I mean, sure, this is college, but why does everything have to be so darn demanding??!! Papers here, tests there, sprinkle in a project or two...blended in with 17 credit hours, a JOB, volunteering and CLUBS!!??? What's a girl to do!!???

It really saddens me to think that i've been in Rock Hill for about 2 years now and I have YET to find a church that I really like. It seems like nothing really compares to Royal Baptist, but then again I think that its because i'm expecting to find something exactly like my church back at home. Random right? My mom really gets on me about it, but i keep trying to tell her, I refuse to sit in a church where im uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

So long Childhood, HELLO bills!!

They're apart of everyday life. We all have them. You know what i'm talking about. Bills!!!! Who knew they would catch up to me so soon!!! I sat in my room today and filled out my application to stay in the courtyard for summer school and next semester when it hit me...HOW AM I GOING TO PAY FOR ALL THIS????

I'm so over it! I have to spend money to make money! The expenses of summer school added up a whole lot faster than I thought they would, and now I'm frantically trying to find some random, miscellaneous way to get more hours in at work.

Life was sooooo much easier in high school!!
